Sharjah Milk Shake
Ingredients Chilled Milk – 1/2 litre Ripe Banana – 1 no Bournvita – 2 teaspoon Sugar – As reqd Cashew nuts – 100 gram Cardamom(Elakka) – 2 or 3 nos Ice cream powder – 1 tablespoon Method Beat well all the ingredients in a mixer until smooth. Pour the sharjah shake into glasses and serve.
Mango Milkshake
Ingredients Ripe Mangoes – 4 numbers Sugar – As reqd Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon Chilled Milk – 1 cup Method Extract the pulp from mangoes. Beat well mango pulp and sugar in a mixer until smooth. Add chilled milk, Cardamom powder and blend again until smooth Pour the Mango Milkshake into glasses and serve.
Ripe Mango Juice
Ingredients Ripe Mangoes – 4 numbers Sugar – As reqd Cold Water – 2 glasses Method Peel the skin and cut the mangoes. Add cut mangoes,sugar and cold water in a mixer and beat well. Pour the mango juice into glasses and serve.
